Lovely property, really Christmassy very close to ski station
Mattress old and uncomfortable There were two single mattresses put together to form the double on but felt really uncomfortable

Nice hotel with lots of character with ski rental and storage on site as well as being able to ski in and out

Charming hotel on the edge of Sestriere
The hotel is very charming and the bar is great. Really buzzy with good staff, a lovely place to hang out. The ski in/out is great and you can get your ski passes there at a discounted rate. The shuttle into town is very good and all the staff were lovely. le, they are ok but the pillows are dreadful. The beds are not very comfortab
It is a shame they charge for the pool. They wanted €25 but we managed to get it down for €10, it should be free and if they want to discourage kids just give them an allocated time each day. The resturant lacked atmosphere and it is a shame the shuttle stops at 7pm as you have to get a taxi or walk back from town. They have got to take their Christmas decoations down. It's a swee hotel and doesn't need them especially in April! The beds are not very comfortable, they are ok but the pillows are dreadful.

end of season price not lower but amenities not fully active. ski box with heather for ski boots not working and card not working
